STIF Chairman wins Industry Award
Bradley O'Carroll has been rewarded with a major industry award at the Master Plumbers Association of Queensland (MPAQ) plumbing & gas industry’s night of nights. Bradley has been awarded the prestigious simPRO Industry Leadership Award. Master Plumbers' Association of Queensland (MPAQ) President, Bob Kimlin, says the level of competition this year was intense and Bradley is to be congratulated.“The simPRO Industry Leadership Award is always highly sought after and Brad blitzed the field. Brad completed his plumbing apprenticeship in 1992 and has worked as a licensed plumber in the Queensland building and construction industry for six years. Brad has been employed with the Plumbers Union from 1998 and currently holds the State Secretary position.”
"Brad has actively been involved in the plumbing industry in a number of organisations including the Services Trades Industry Fund(STIF), Joint Industry Services Training (JIST), Plumbing Industry Council (PIC), Ozhelp Queensland, and Construction Income Protection Queensland(CIPQ), Building Employees Redundancy Trust (BERT) to name a few."
